Leads commercial growth by developing sales strategy, acquiring and expanding customer accounts, managing pricing and cross-selling initiatives, and supporting transloading business development. Oversees, coaches, and develops Account Managers and sales support staff while managing major opportunities, negotiations, forecasting, customer relationships, and executive market briefings. Partners with operations to drive profitable growth and travels approximately 10–20%.

Administers, secures, troubleshoots, and modernizes enterprise network infrastructure across corporate, field, and cloud environments. Designs and supports routing, switching, VLANs, SD-WAN, Azure networking, VPNs, hybrid identity, firewalls, and satellite connectivity. Monitors performance, responds to incidents, maintains documentation and inventories, supports disaster recovery, collaborates with vendors and IT teams, provides training, and participates in 24/7 on-call support. Travel to field locations may comprise up to 25% of the role.

Processes invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments; reviews coding, approvals, and policy compliance; reconciles vendor accounts; resolves discrepancies; maintains accounts payable records; supports month-end close and reporting; and assists vendors and team members with payment inquiries. Requires accuracy, organization, confidentiality, communication, and independent work. This is a temporary position.

Serves as a financial advisor to business stakeholders by performing complex analysis, modeling, forecasting, and executive reporting. Provides insights on revenue, profitability, KPIs, risks, and opportunities while ensuring financial data integrity. Partners with contract, business development, functional, and technical teams on business processes, system implementations, enhancements, and automation. Supports strategic decision-making, responds to financial inquiries, and leads multiple improvement initiatives.

Prepares periodic reports, processes paperwork, and provides administrative support to operational teams. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, punctual on-site attendance, and compliance with safety, screening, PPE, and medical requirements.

Provides administrative support for rail park operations, including processing traffic-flow paperwork, coordinating with customers and railroad representatives, managing procurement and inventory documentation, and completing site support tasks. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, computer skills, and consistent attendance. The role is an on-site day-shift position with some weekend work and may require a driver’s license, TWIC card, physical examination, drug screen, background check, and PPE use.

Sources and recruits candidates for open positions, screens applicants, conducts interviews, coordinates hiring activities, tracks recruiting metrics, and supports continuous improvements to the hiring process.

Prepares and processes invoices for railcar cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. Verifies work orders, contracts, rates, labor, materials, and supporting documentation; resolves billing discrepancies with repair locations and customers; processes adjustments and credits; maintains accurate records; tracks outstanding invoices; reconciles billing data; and prepares billing reports.

Coordinates outbound shipments by checking truck schedules, confirming orders, approving drivers, collecting vehicle information, preparing shipping documents, gathering laboratory documentation, updating company systems, and directing drivers after loading. The role requires safe work around hazardous materials, accurate paperwork, organization, punctual on-site attendance, and occasional weekend availability.

Manages day-to-day operations across multiple sites in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Provides leadership to supervisors and teams, coordinates resources and workflows, develops policies and performance metrics, supports safety and compliance, and analyzes operational data for improvement. Requires approximately 50% travel, regular on-site attendance, and the ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments while wearing required PPE.
