Manage business development and account growth for CLO Virtual Fashion across Europe and Africa. Responsibilities include client presentations, solution negotiations, contract renewals, invoicing, product demos, training coordination, onboarding, project management, data analysis, client relationship management, international office liaison, and industry event representation. The role requires B2B sales or account management experience, apparel industry knowledge, strong French and English communication skills, and periodic travel.

Build and manage executive and C-level client relationships, support customers, research apparel market trends, coordinate with global CLO offices, and represent the company at industry events. The role also collaborates with Brand Communication, Design, 3D Design, Legal, and Accounting teams to drive marketing activities, software adoption, client paperwork, and outbound business development across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

The Academic Lead manages software licensing, trains academic users, provides technical support, and collaborates with teams to improve CLO's 3D simulation technology for academic clients.

Work with global and local apparel clients to lead 3D adoption: assess workflows, design transformation roadmaps, deliver training and support, produce 3D content, run demos/events, collaborate with developers, and participate in on-site and international projects.

As a 3D Design & Implementation Specialist, you will facilitate the integration of CLO's software into client operations, enhancing user engagement and driving digital transformation within the fashion industry.

Drive business development and executive relationships for CLO in Vietnam/SEA. Manage projects, support clients, strategize market trends, coordinate marketing and 3D software adoption, present at events, liaise with global offices, and assist legal/accounting paperwork.

Drive client success by developing strategies for implementing 3D solutions in the fashion industry, fostering relationships, and providing user training.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close under German GAAP (HGB); prepare financial statements and variance analysis; handle treasury duties including AR, vendor payments, and cash flow; act as primary POC for external accounting and tax advisors; develop e-invoicing procedures and review VAT/corporate tax returns.

Provide in-house legal support in Munich: draft, negotiate, and execute commercial, SaaS, licensing, NDA and DPA agreements; advise on GDPR and EU AI Act compliance; support HR on employment law issues; streamline legal processes and partner with sales and security to close deals quickly.
