Operate and support multi-cloud data platform components (Alibaba Cloud and AWS). Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and Security to onboard systems and establish data-driven metrics (DORA, change success, MTTR, cloud utilization/cost) to optimize platform value.

Lead global partnerships with early-stage Web3 and tokenization projects: source, evaluate, negotiate and manage collaborations; drive ecosystem growth on OKX's X Layer; coordinate cross-functional launches, campaigns and integrations; ensure due diligence, compliance, and market research to inform strategy.

Own QA and evaluation systems for multilingual AI agents: build evaluation gates, AI-driven localization testing, annotation/eval infrastructure, and feedback loops to auto-publish translations safely at scale. Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, AI, linguists, and design to turn subjective quality into measurable, automatable systems.

Design, optimize, and operate middleware and distributed system architectures (microservice governance, RPC, messaging, and data middlewares). Select and implement middleware technologies, tune performance, ensure high availability and security, deploy and monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and introduce new technologies to improve team capabilities.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; manage contract records and lifecycle; design SOPs, playbooks and legal processes; collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors; support cross-border matters and special projects.

Lead a team managing P2P liquidity providers: ensure marketplace depth and reliability, run partner tiering and retention programs, use funnel/data analysis to drive growth, and coordinate with risk to improve user quality and dispute reduction.

Lead non-functional architecture and service stability across business lines. Partner with product teams to identify stability risks via data, detect poor architectural designs, perform root-cause analysis, introduce new technologies and patterns, and promote best practices to optimize high-concurrency distributed systems.
