An Onsite Representative manages customer supply locations, coordinates with customer representatives, resolves inventory discrepancies, and maintains stock levels while exceeding customer expectations.

The On-Site Representative supports customer production sites by managing stock levels, resolving discrepancies, and expediting needs. Requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Serve as sole FP&A leader for APAC, leading revenue and gross profit forecasting, annual budgeting, re-forecasts, complex financial modelling, variance and EBITDA analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting, month-end support, compliance with APAC accounting standards, and partnering with senior leaders to drive financial performance and resource allocation.

Lead strategic sourcing for chemical categories, develop supplier strategies, run RFPs and negotiations, manage supplier relationships and contracts, perform cost and risk analysis, support SIOP and bidding, and align sourcing with financial objectives.

Review and approve supplier technical documentation and FAIRs, maintain ERP and information systems data, manage technical sourcing changes and compliance, support audits, and drive continuous improvement to ensure quality and delivery.

Manage and replenish line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables at semiconductor customer sites. Receive, verify, and distribute materials, maintain inventory accuracy with scanners and inventory systems, and enforce chemical safety and PPE protocols. Coordinate with production, engineering, and EHS, report shortages or quality issues, support storage setup/labeling, and participate in continuous improvement and regulatory compliance activities.

Provide inside sales support, learn Incora products and sales practices, act as primary contact for customers, and support outside/internal sales, operations, purchasing, quality and finance to meet department goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across EMEA and APAC: source, attract, and select candidates up to senior management; partner with stakeholders; run interviews, events, ATS processes, reporting, onboarding handoffs, and continuous improvement projects.

Manage and replenish line-side materials and chemicals at customer semiconductor sites. Receive, verify, and distribute inventory; maintain safety, SDS knowledge, inventory systems, and compliance. Coordinate with production and support teams, perform documentation and reporting, and support continuous improvement and site safety protocols.

Provide technical expertise and control of special processes in the external supply chain, authorizing FAIRs and process documents, supporting Nadcap accreditation, auditing suppliers, approving new suppliers/processes, troubleshooting, and supporting cost reduction and process approvals for aerospace components.
