We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as an Onsite Representative Lead.
This role is responsible for managing onsite inventory and customer service activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting operational performance, and maintaining compliance with customer, quality, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage daily inventory activities including receiving, inspection, replenishment, stock counting, and 3PL activities associated with storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials to customers.
Manage day-to-day customer issues within the CMS Program and ensure effective communication between Incora and customer personnel.
Coordinate 3PL and supplier deliveries at the customer site, resolving discrepancies, non-conforming items, and other material-related issues.
Meet established performance targets for safety, on-time delivery (OTD), acceptance rate, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and standard work processes, maintain audit readiness, and support ongoing customer audits.
Support Procurement and Quality teams to ensure customer specifications are maintained and any changes are validated and approved by the customer.
Respond to customer complaints, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and support the disposition of scrap and expired inventory.
Identify and execute process improvement and cost reduction initiatives while ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external customers.
Requirements
Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain activities.
Ability to manage inventory activities including receiving, inspection, replenishment, stock counting, picking, packing, and shipping.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Ability to manage customer day-to-day issues and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of safety, quality, regulatory, and standard work requirements.
Ability to support audits, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
Location: UMW, Serendah, Malaysia (Fully Onsite)
