Lead design and delivery of predictive and prescriptive analytics, build optimization and simulation models, translate technical outputs into business recommendations, mentor junior analysts, embed decision-support into dashboards and workflows, and promote technical standards and adoption across the analytics team.

Develop strategic plans, present pricing and proposals, deliver financial and lifecycle analyses, coordinate with operations, maintain Salesforce records, and produce executive-level presentations to close contracts.

Maintain and audit PTO, wage and hour, and pay rules in the Entitlement Management System and EPay. Support EPay rollout, research union/customer/statutory rules, reconcile PTO balances, produce reports for FP&A/Accounting/HR, and collaborate with IT and Operations to resolve calculation and reporting issues.

Own end-to-end commercial and financial performance of assigned enterprise accounts. Develop multi-year account strategy, drive pipeline creation, deal origination/closure, client relationships with C-level stakeholders, manage revenue and margin, align delivery with commitments, mitigate risks, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure execution and growth.

Lead business development for K-12 and higher education in South Texas by selling complex facilities and performance contracts. Engage C-suite stakeholders, assess facilities, develop financial strategies to close funding gaps, produce persuasive RFP/RFQ proposals, and coordinate operations to deliver bundled technical and financial solutions.
