Remote Technical Analyst requiring Public Trust clearance. Must have at least five years working with Microsoft Purview/Compliance and completed Microsoft Trainable Classifier training. Role centers on data governance and compliance using Microsoft Purview.

Provide administrative support including writing memos, filing, maintaining files and spreadsheets, calendar management, scheduling, meeting notes, travel processing, preparing correspondence and reports, and coordinating taskings and data calls for program and project managers.

Lead on-site IT operations as the primary government point of contact; manage staffing, scheduling, quality control, deliverables, ECP/BRD validation, daily standups, escalation, VIP/COOP support, and on-call rotations to ensure continuity and contract compliance.

Provide acquisition program management and analysis across program life cycles for CPE IEW&S. Advise on DoD acquisition policy (DoDI 5000.02), prepare and review acquisition documentation (ASRs, APBs, ADMs), support milestone reviews, analyze cost/schedule/performance, drive efficiency and continuous process improvement, manage knowledge capture, and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and complex modeling to support contract performance and strategic planning. Manage monthly reporting, variance and burn-rate analysis, and audit readiness. Supervise junior financial staff and collaborate with program, contracts, and technical teams to align financial forecasts with operational execution and NAVSEA requirements.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions (on-prem and Online) and Power Platform integrations. Build SPFx client-side web parts, custom forms, workflows, BI dashboards, and support migrations and farm architecture while participating in Agile SDLC and product design reviews.

Create and support graphics for motion video, animations, digital media, print, events, and briefings; produce illustrations, photos, charts, maps, and other visual assets; follow customer graphic standards and collaborate with vendors and senior design staff.

Lead design, assessment, and sustainment of DoD/enterprise network architectures and baseline documentation. Support enclave services (VDI, AD, DNS/DHCP, File/Print), develop ECPs/BRDs, perform impact assessments, update network drawings, and coordinate complex resolutions with DISA Tier IV and stakeholders.

Develop strategic communications and create written content; manage digital and multimedia assets, websites, and social media; produce video, photography, and graphic design; manage ~40 annual national/international exhibits including planning, logistics, and budgets; provide administrative, media relations, outreach, archival research, and transcription support.

Provide IT subject-matter expertise and hands-on support for Army enterprise systems. Serve as central coordinator between CPE and NEC for account maintenance, ticket management (AESD/REMEDY), and troubleshooting NIPR/SIPR, hardware, software, telephony, and network equipment. Enforce information assurance policies and support enterprise-level MS Office and other applications.
