Provides logistics and property support for enterprise infrastructure operations at NUWCDIVNPT. Maintains equipment inventory records, supports property accountability through the Base Inventory Tracking System, coordinates material transportation, and maintains configuration and inventory documentation. Installs, configures, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, content filters, IDS, and cryptographic equipment. Operates network operations and secure network management centers, supports help desk functions, loads and tests cryptographic keying material, and develops network standard operating procedures for government approval.

Provides budget and financial analysis support for ONR Code 32. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, supporting annual planning and phasing, developing spend plans, forecasting burn rates, tracking and reconciling departmental finances, and responding to program financial data calls.

Provides program and financial analysis support for Navy S&T organizations, including cost analysis, funds tracking, spend plan development, financial document review, data calls, meetings, workshops, and program reviews.

Provides program and financial analysis support to the Office of Naval Research by organizing cost information, tracking funds, reviewing financial plans, responding to data calls, and coordinating meetings, workshops, and program reviews. Requires active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and experience supporting technical programs and cost analysis. Navy ERP or SAP experience and DAWIA training are preferred.

Provides program and financial analysis support for ONR science and technology organizations. Responsibilities include cost analysis, funds tracking, spend plan development, financial document review, data-call responses, and planning program reviews, meetings, and workshops.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to ONR Code 32 leadership, including calendar and meeting management, correspondence, reports, priority tracking, project coordination, and confidential information handling. The role requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, five years of administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office and information systems knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Provides mid-level systems and network security analysis for classified and unclassified IT environments. Supports requirements analysis, system design, integration, verification, validation, and certification. Monitors network metrics, intrusion detection and firewall alerts, and system logs. Implements enterprise authentication and encryption methods while supporting network engineering, security analysis, and compliance with DoD information assurance and certification requirements.
