Provide managerial oversight for multiple projects and project managers, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and contractual deliverables align with task orders. Develop and maintain standards, processes, and tools for scheduling, quality, and risk control. Track risks and issues, produce reports and dashboards, engage stakeholders (NAVSEA, contracting officers, vendors), lead and mentor staff, and support compliance with federal contracting and quality standards.

Prepare and edit user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Collect and organize information and provide graphics support for customer deliverables and documentation.

Provide administrative and documentation support for the OPC program, including preparing correspondence, reports, PowerPoint presentations, travel arrangements via the USCG travel system, meeting minutes, data consolidation, tracking approvals, and supporting communications and ceremonial events. Monitor reporting requirements, maintain logs and records, and coordinate with military and civilian personnel to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Provide onsite PMR support conducting EVMS surveillance and IMS analysis for shipbuilder deliverables. Validate EVM reports, reconcile cost/schedule data, perform QA of IMS, produce reports, recommend corrective actions, and maintain program plans using Primavera or MS Project and Power BI.

Architect and deliver SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Design SharePoint sites, lists, content types, custom components, and integrations. Translate business requirements into user stories and designs. Implement data modeling, row-level security, dashboards, permission models, and ALM/source-control practices. Provide documentation, training, and operational support.

Develops strategic communications and multimedia content (video, photography, graphics); manages public/internal websites and social media; produces, edits, and distributes multimedia; oversees lifecycle for ~40 annual exhibits/events including logistics and budgets; conducts archival research, transcription, and media relations; ensures technical image processing and adherence to Navy protocols; occasional travel required.

Supervise and perform warehouse and property management functions; maintain stock and equipment records; operate GCSS-Army; coordinate logistics requirements and resource planning; support audits and account reconciliations; collect and report logistics data via cPROBE, FMSWeb, DST; prepare reports and Microsoft Office documentation; ensure compliance with Army regulations.

Support the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and ACOR with cost/price analysis, contract administration, IGCEs, RFPs, market research, invoice processing, contractor performance reporting, and creation of standardized acquisition reports and trackers. Work requires shipyard movement and support for COR deliverables including CPARS, price/cost analyses, ECP/TAR processes, and producing briefs and presentations using contractor data.

Performs supply and warehouse functions for equipment and material support including requisitioning, receipt, storage, inventory, issuing, delivery, stock item research, and monitoring item usage and quantities.

Provide logistics coordination and customer support for Navy warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, inventory, ERP transactions, documentation (WMFs, DD forms), storage/packaging, shelf-life and COSIS management, discrepancy reporting, physical inventories, and process improvement using Navy ERP, WebFLIS, and Haystack.
