Position Title: Program Analyst IV
Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized)
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Provides program and financial analysis support to ONR Code 32 organizations with S&T missions, including cost analysis, funds tracking, and spend plan development. Responds to data calls and supports program reviews.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Extract and organize cost analysis information for technical programs
- Assist in the annual phasing and planning process and help Program Officers develop spend plans
- Track availability and use of funds and review financial documents for impact on program objectives
- Support organizations with S&T and/or R&D missions
- Respond to data calls and plan and execute meetings, workshops, and program reviews
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Five (5) years of experience in Navy ERP
- Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years of verifiable business and financial support experience for S&T and/or R&D missions, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of such experience
- Five (5) years of experience extracting and organizing cost analysis information for technical programs
Desired:
- Completion of DAWIA S&TM (Levels II or III) or Business FM (Levels I, II, or III) core training
Skills Required
- Active Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Five years of experience using Navy ERP
- Bachelor's degree and at least five years of verifiable business and financial support experience for S&T or R&D missions, or a high school diploma and at least ten years of such experience
- Five years of experience extracting and organizing cost analysis information for technical programs
- Completion of DAWIA S&TM Levels II or III core training, or Business FM Levels I, II, or III core training
