Provide senior acquisition and contract planning support for CPE IEW&S, including review and development of PWS/QASPs/Acquisition Plans, managing contract metrics and milestones, liaising with Army Contracting Command, risk analysis, supporting DoD 5000/ACAT procurements, and maintaining procurement portfolio and BI reporting tools.

Support technical program management for government acquisition programs, including budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling, lifecycle costing, risk management, sustainment planning, test & evaluation support, requirements development, and program data maintenance. Prepare reports and briefings for stakeholders.

Support Naval S&T programs with strategic and technical analyses, financial planning and POM budgeting, TRA/MRL assessments, program operations, FFRDC sponsor feedback, and specialized IT/communications tasks. Prepare briefings, reports, and coordinate stakeholders across DoD/DON organizations.

Perform information system security audits and assessments; develop risk management plans, security architectures, policies/procedures, accreditation/certification documentation, Command and Control protection plans, COOPs; and install and maintain information system security products and services.

Provide technical support for Navy information systems and network infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, manage network health and configuration, perform server administration (monitoring, patching, backups), maintain technical documentation, ensure information assurance and security compliance, and support system enhancements and upgrades.
