Mentors teammates, delivers training, and helps develop underwriting guidelines and products. The role is remote but requires residence in the territory and travel throughout South Florida.

Manage agency relationships and territory growth for commercial agribusiness property and casualty insurance. Partner with underwriters to establish agency goals, promote products, acquire and retain profitable accounts, evaluate risks, set pricing, provide policyholder service, and recommend agent appointments or terminations. The role also supports product marketing, training, and strategic planning across Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri.

Provides customer service and operational support for Property and Casualty insurance billing. Reviews account activity, processes disbursements, allocates payments, resolves discrepancies, evaluates cancellations and reinstatements, and coordinates complex billing issues with Underwriting, Claims, Premium Audit, agents, policyholders, and internal teams.

Leads Agile and Scrum projects by developing plans, budgets, schedules, resource estimates, and status reports; managing risks, scope, vendors, integrations, and deliverables; and tracking ROI and performance metrics. Facilitates sprint and program increment planning, retrospectives, project kickoffs, and team meetings. Coaches and motivates teams, removes impediments, supports requirements analysis, ensures quality standards, and collaborates with Product Owners, management, functional leaders, offshore teams, and vendors.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance; manage risk, cloud and application security (AWS/Azure/GCP), SIEM/SOAR, IAM, threat intelligence, incident response, vendor risk, regulatory compliance, AI/ML security, and board-level reporting to enable secure business growth.

Manage daily operations of the Major Case Unit handling complex commercial claims. Lead workload planning, oversee reserves and settlements, direct litigation strategy and defense counsel, analyze claim trends, resolve complex coverage and service issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and performance monitoring.

Manage timely and accurate statistical and financial reporting for commercial insurance, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading a team.
