Design, implement, monitor, and improve the organization's cybersecurity program. Detect and respond to threats, run vulnerability and risk assessments, manage security technologies, support cloud and IAM initiatives, automate security processes, maintain policies and incident response plans, ensure compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA), and deliver security awareness and reporting across the organization.

Provide US and Americas legal support to Sales: draft, review and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts; advise on legal, financial and operational risk; support procurement, compliance, product and data/AI matters; develop templates, playbooks and training; improve contracting governance and processes; partner with business to enable commercial outcomes.

Own post-sale relationships for private equity and investment banking clients: onboard, train, map workflows from Excel to Mosaic, drive renewals and expansions, and partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap based on client feedback.

Administer, monitor, and improve the credit union’s cybersecurity technologies and controls. Configure and operate firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, CASB, and related tools. Perform threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability assessments, patch validation, forensic support, and security testing. Support compliance, audits, BCP/DR/IR exercises, policy development, security awareness, and vendor coordination. Create automations, documentation, and reports to strengthen security posture.

Lead AppSec across the SDLC: design and implement application security controls, perform hands-on testing of web apps/APIs/cloud services, integrate automated security tooling into CI/CD, reduce developer friction, review architecture and code, support vulnerability management and incident response, evaluate third-party risks, and ensure healthcare regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Implement, configure, monitor, and manage cybersecurity tools and infrastructure, handle incident response and vulnerability mitigation, maintain asset lifecycle and documentation, ensure change control and SLA compliance, support projects and provide escalation for complex security issues.
