Support migration from a Juniper MPLS legacy WAN to a zero-trust cloud network (e.g., Zscaler). Maintain and troubleshoot existing MPLS backbone, develop migration runbooks and cutover plans, validate connectivity and security, coordinate stakeholders during cutovers, document changes, and decommission legacy circuits post-migration.

Work directly with the founder to design and build core product features: integrations that pull license data, automation to file renewals/applications, data cleaning with AI, dashboard and alerting UX, and establish engineering practices for testing, deployments, and security. Term contractor role with potential conversion to full-time based on performance.

Provide plant administrative support including scheduling, procurement, customer service, shipping, JD Edwards data entry, inventory and accounting tasks, payroll processing, HR functions (new hire orientation, leave requests, recruitment support), and maintaining quality/customer feedback records while ensuring safety compliance and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
