Serve as primary liaison for a single higher-education client to gather requirements, document processes, support and optimize Ellucian Colleague ERP and Ellucian CRM, coordinate with Centers of Excellence, assist testing/upgrades, and drive process improvements and user adoption.

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and prior customers to schedule in-home consultations, follow approved scripts, document outcomes in the CRM, meet daily/weekly production targets (320+ calls/day), and participate in coaching and cross-department communication to ensure appointment quality and customer experience.

Lead rights-management and technology consulting projects through setup, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and client workshops. Guide project teams, review deliverables, identify risks with mitigation plans, build client relationships, and contribute to mentorship, recruitment, and internal growth initiatives.

The Customer Success Manager will build client loyalty through product adoption, manage client relationships, and act as the voice of the customer, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.

Provide onsite and phone technical support at client locations. Monitor and document tickets, maintain SLAs and CSAT, hand off in-progress work, update IT Glue, escalate per procedures, liaise with vendors, troubleshoot AD, virtualization, Windows/servers, and basic networking, and participate in on-call rotations.
