Lead TwelveLabs’ application strategy and build AI-native video products from zero to adoption. Own customer discovery, product direction, prototyping, engineering collaboration, launch, growth, monetization, and customer value. Define application evaluations, quality and reliability standards, and requirements for shared models and infrastructure. Recruit and lead a lean team, establish rapid build-measure-learn cycles, partner with customers and cross-functional teams, and develop a repeatable portfolio and distribution strategy.

Implement features for validator registration, asset verification, and marketplace functionality. Collaborate with backend and design teams, ensure security and compliance (KYC, token handling), optimize performance, and support CI/CD and deployment workflows.

Provides front-desk and administrative support by answering and routing calls, taking messages, managing office supplies and equipment, sorting incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assisting with personnel and I-9 file audits, and completing general clerical tasks. Requires professional communication, organization, multitasking, office equipment familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet use.

Owns day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, manager coaching, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement. The role advises managers, conducts routine investigations, maintains Paycom and personnel systems, coordinates people programs, and improves policies, workflows, training, and communications. It requires independent judgment while partnering with the Director of People and Volunteer Engagement on complex or high-risk matters.

Supports sales managers and the sales team by maintaining vehicle inventory records, tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles, organizing special orders, managing dealer trade paperwork, submitting bills of lading, tracking sales incentives, and providing administrative assistance. The role also communicates inventory updates and contributes to exceptional customer service while handling multiple priorities with accuracy and organization.

Processes credit applications, finance and insurance products, truck sales paperwork, titles, receivables, payments, refunds, reports, and regulatory requirements. Supports sales staff with financing programs, approval decisions, payoffs, and customer files while maintaining relationships with finance and insurance representatives.
