Support manufacturing engineering for HTS magnet assemblies: create and update SOPs, assist tooling/prototyping/commissioning, manage BOMs and inventory, evaluate vendor parts, track production metrics, and work with designers to incorporate shop-floor lessons. Provide administrative and litigation support to multiple commercial litigation attorneys and the Managing Partner: prepare, proofread, and format legal documents; manage calendars, filings, and client communications; perform conflict checks; prepare trial exhibits and notebooks; assist with state and federal e-filing and other time-sensitive, confidential tasks.

Provide administrative support for settlement payments by communicating with clients, insurers, and internal teams; prepare, collect, review, and organize settlement documents; maintain case records and payment logs; follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely resolution while delivering excellent client service.

Lead web channel strategy and UX-driven content for omni-channel campaigns. Manage a Digital Producer, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, produce and administer CMS content, oversee project schedules, track analytics, and scale web communications and processes to drive advocacy, fundraising, and engagement goals.

Provide administrative HR support for recruiting, onboarding, HR operations and events. Tasks include sourcing candidates, resume screening, running reference checks and pre-employment screenings, maintaining records, assisting with HRIS tasks, and general departmental support.
