Full-cycle recruiter focused on multi-location talent acquisition and onboarding. Manages sourcing, interviews, offers, background checks, I-9 compliance, orientations, hiring events, community partnerships, manager training, and workforce planning to ensure consistent, compliant hiring and smooth transitions into HR operations.

Designs, develops, implements, and facilitates employee training across classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats. Administers and configures LMS activities, maintains learning records, builds dashboards and KPIs, partners cross-functionally to deliver enterprise learning, creates training documentation and job aids, and evaluates training effectiveness to support compliance and adoption.

Provide front-desk and office support including client contact, supply and facilities coordination, project intake and file maintenance, travel and expense processing, onboarding and certification tracking, event planning, and general administrative support to leadership and IT. Duties include mail/shipments, logging calls, coordinating vehicle and lab logistics, and assisting accounting and HR tasks.

Manage user accounts in JumpCloud and Google Workspace, maintain hardware and endpoints, troubleshoot networking and peripherals, document tickets in Zendesk/Linear, enforce security policies, and assist onboarding/offboarding. Escalate complex issues and contribute to IT process and knowledge-base improvements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RIS, PACS, and VNA systems; collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to diagnose issues and streamline workflows; support DICOM/HL7/IHE interoperability; document resolutions and participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to secure and steward funding, execute cause marketing, track deliverables and impact, create proposals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet fundraising goals.

Manage and execute churchwide social media content, capture photo/video at services and events, write and edit posts to align with brand standards, and collaborate with communications team to increase clarity, consistency, and engagement across locations.

Provide outsourced fund accounting and reporting for private equity and venture clients: reconcile cash activity, assist quarterly closings, prepare investor reports, manage capital calls/distributions and investor portals, support audits and tax/K-1 processes, and handle ad hoc client research and analysis.

Support daily accounting operations for a hotel: record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries and reports, assist month-end close, monitor revenue controls, manage AP/AR and vendor relations, ensure policy compliance, and participate in system or process improvement projects.

Support sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management for lower-middle-market buy-and-build investments. Perform due diligence, financial modeling, market research, prepare investment memos and LP communications, and work directly with management teams and junior colleagues.
