Coordinates intercompany inventory replenishment across Balchem’s global network. Manages intercompany purchase and sales orders, monitors inventory and order status, resolves shipment, pricing, invoicing, and transaction discrepancies, and supports month-end controls. Provides technical leadership to Salesforce and integration teams, leads architecture reviews and delivery planning, ensures regulatory compliance, and aligns CRM strategy with broader enterprise technology objectives.

Owns cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, AI tooling, SRE, and production support for a rapidly scaling engineering organization.
