The User Experience Lead at Horizon Hobby will advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to enhance product development and testing for RC vehicles.

Manage daily business office operations, supervise and schedule staff, oversee resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, move-out administration, accounts payable, vendor relationships, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the primary contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors while resolving billing concerns and maintaining accurate, confidential financial and resident records.

Provides receptionist and clerical support for facility operations, including answering and routing calls, recording messages, completing accountability calls, monitoring resident movement through GPS tracking, maintaining phone inventories, and reporting accountability information to management. Operates office equipment, maintains accurate records, participates in required training, and supports compliance with community corrections contracts.

Provides first-level technical support to employees and residents through helpdesk, phone, email, and walk-in requests. Troubleshoots WiFi, Ethernet, Windows 11, tablets, printers, and other equipment; performs password resets and account support; updates websites using WordPress Elementor; researches solutions; and assists with IT projects, rollouts, maintenance, inventory, documentation, and basic wiring. Supports multiple campuses and may provide occasional after-hours assistance.

Design, develop, integrate, test, and support industrial electrical and PLC-based control systems for manufacturing and energetics production. Create schematics and documentation using EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical, commission equipment, troubleshoot automation systems, collaborate with vendors and government stakeholders, and support facility modernization and process-improvement projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The Senior People Partner advises leaders, managers, and employees across HR operations, employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, development, compensation, and policy interpretation. The role serves as an on-site HR resource, resolves employee concerns, supports company-wide initiatives, manages employee exits and exit interviews, analyzes turnover trends, and partners with HR centers of excellence. Success requires strong relationship-building, judgment, communication, HR knowledge, and compliance awareness.

Develop and maintain Python microservices using Kafka and Elasticsearch, deploy and monitor services in Kubernetes, and build CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting production systems, participating in architecture and code reviews, applying security and observability practices, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams supporting a DIA technology platform.
