Supports marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels through content creation, social media scheduling, email marketing, market research, event coordination, and campaign performance tracking. Provides initial product and financing information, directs customers to dealership resources, re-engages unready or no-show leads, and records activity in the CRM. Collaborates with sales teams and dealership management while participating in process improvement sessions.

Supports MOBY’s social media and video content operations by planning content calendars, filming ocean tests and company events, editing footage, writing copy, scheduling posts, engaging communities, and organizing the video library. The role collaborates closely with engineering teams and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment and requires strong organization, creativity, independence, and hands-on social media and video production experience.
