The EVP, Investor Relations & Corporate Development will lead strategic financial initiatives, optimize business models, enhance investor relations and develop a high-performing finance team to drive long-term value creation.

Leads high-visibility oncology Cancer Care Value Programs as the primary executive customer partner. Oversees enterprise strategy, multi-year roadmaps, governance, benefit realization, KPIs, cross-functional delivery, change management, financial alignment, risk mitigation, and sustained operational outcomes. Builds C-suite relationships, manages escalations, aligns internal teams, and ensures long-term clinical, operational, and financial value across complex healthcare partnerships.

Provides on-site IT support for client hardware, software, peripherals, Microsoft 365, identity and access, applications, and building networks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, workstation builds, hardware repairs, software installations, user and license administration, basic firewall changes, documentation, and escalation of complex issues. The role requires clear communication with nontechnical users, patience, discretion, and methodical problem-solving.

Manages approximately 1,000 alumni annual-giving prospects, personally soliciting renewals and increased gifts through in-person and virtual meetings. Develops young alumni engagement and future giving pipelines, executes digital communication touchpoints, and stewards donor relationships. Uses donor data, segmentation, and CRM systems to identify giving opportunities, referrals, and alumni involvement while collaborating with Development and Alumni Relations colleagues and supporting alumni activities.

Provides credit and collections services, evaluates and recommends customer credit limits, monitors receivables and past-due accounts, manages credit risk using agency reports, coordinates collections, prepares bankruptcy court claims, and communicates credit information across the company. The role also maintains credit controls, supports asset protection, and participates in external credit forums.

Leads supply chain strategy across business units, locations, and sales channels. Oversees purchasing, procurement, inventory planning, supplier management, logistics, forecasting, and material availability. Optimizes inventory, costs, freight, supplier performance, and customer service through metrics, sourcing strategies, process improvements, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Supports new product introductions, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and standardization of supply chain processes.

Leads the nonprofit’s finance function, including accounting operations, payroll oversight, financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, grants, restricted funds, audits, Form 990 support, and internal controls. Supervises a Staff Accountant and partners with organizational leaders, auditors, funders, and the Finance Committee. The role also improves finance processes, reporting tools, budgeting, compliance, and financial decision-making while translating complex financial information into actionable insights.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, data pipelines, workflows, and scripts that automate customer data ingestion and validation. Develop distributed data platform systems integrating ad networks, warehouses, and partner tools; contribute to AI services; collaborate with Customer Success on customer data models; and participate in on-call support.

Staff Accountant responsible for project cost accounting, variance investigation, monthly and year-end reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, expense reporting, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. The role partners with project managers and employees to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate, timely financial information. This office-based position reports to the Controller and requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills.
