Supports infrastructure engineering projects involving hydraulic, water infrastructure, dam and levee safety, and construction management. Responsibilities include solving engineering problems, reviewing project submittals, assisting project managers, planning and budgeting, communicating technical solutions, conducting field investigations, visiting construction sites, organizing engineering data, and using GIS and CAD software. The intern works under supervision and collaborates with the engineering team.

Designs and implements enterprise AWS solutions for contact centers, primarily using Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. Responsibilities include developing integrations, configuring cloud services, advising on technical requirements, leading development teams, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, documenting solutions, and training users. The role requires programming proficiency, AWS architecture knowledge, infrastructure automation, CI/CD experience, and the ability to lead technical delivery with minimal direction.

Provide paralegal support to in-house counsel: maintain legal records, review contracts and leases, monitor litigation, assist with corporate governance and compliance, draft resolutions and borrower correspondence, and manage document systems and attorney-directed tasks.

Supports recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee onboarding, training coordination, HR reporting, audits, compliance, and HRIS data integrity. Serves as a day-to-day resource for employees and managers, coordinates benefits enrollment and communications, maintains required documentation, and partners with Finance and corporate HR teams on reporting and cross-functional initiatives.

Develop and execute client communications and market research engagements, including polling, focus groups, strategy memos, proposals, and presentations. Advise clients directly, manage teams of Associates and Senior Associates, allocate project resources, oversee deadlines, manage vendors, support company operations, and contribute to business development.

Drives revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, creating strategic sales plans, presenting medical technology solutions, negotiating and closing deals, monitoring market trends, forecasting results, and representing the company at industry events.

Assists with quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including MD&A, audit requests, report tie-outs, SOX 404 compliance, and technical accounting research. Prepares accounting memoranda for complex transactions, supports special projects, and serves as a technical accounting resource. The role requires strong analytical, communication, writing, and collaboration skills, along with initiative and project ownership.

Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of mission-driven programs. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, stakeholder partnerships, performance monitoring, reporting, and team leadership to improve community impact and align programs with organizational goals.
