The Senior Client Manager will lead project management for client brands, grow client relationships, and work collaboratively with various teams to deliver client projects.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for security engineering solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Build long-term customer relationships, track opportunities, and collaborate on strategic growth initiatives; travel up to 25%.

Support finance by recording patient revenue, processing bi-weekly payroll, posting A/P invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing month-end journal entries, supporting grant administration, preparing internal reports, and assisting with audits and Title X reporting.

Lead administration and architecture of the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT database to ensure data integrity, integrations, governance and reporting.
