Lead the full grant lifecycle to secure $2.25M+ annually: prospect, write, submit, and manage a portfolio of 75+ funders. Lead ISANA Academies HR function: develop and execute HR strategy, manage HR team and HRIS, oversee recruitment, benefits, performance management, compliance, teacher credentialing, onboarding, leaves, workers' compensation, training, employee relations, and executive reporting.

Work directly with the founders and leadership to drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. Lead 0→1 projects, support GTM and partnership efforts, scale company planning and execution cadence, prepare board materials, and coordinate cross-functional alignment and internal communications across the company.
