Lead portfolio positioning and messaging, design and execute integrated multi-channel B2B campaigns, align campaigns to pipeline and revenue goals, measure and report performance, manage social/content activation, and partner with sales and cross-functional teams to scale repeatable go-to-market frameworks.

Design and implement user-facing authentication components and SDKs for web, Android, and iOS. Build login, MFA, passkey/passwordless, SSO, and account recovery flows, integrate vendor identity SDKs, ensure security and accessibility compliance, document integrations, and collaborate with architects and security teams within enterprise change management.

Own and scale a portfolio of high-value service provider partnerships. Manage day-to-day partner relationships, monitor KPIs, audit digital customer journeys and API integrations, optimize partner performance and monetization, present performance reports, negotiate incentives, and handle partnership administration including contract and commission reconciliation.

Own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing success for Midmarket and Enterprise accounts. Build multi-threaded relationships, monitor account health, execute retention and upsell strategies, lead renewals, escalate and resolve critical issues, translate client feedback to product, and contribute to CS playbooks and client-facing content to drive adoption and Net Revenue Retention.

Lead the regional HR advisory team and act as HR Partner to Operations leadership. Drive HR strategy execution, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws and unions, crisis response, visa/immigration, recruitment, and workforce mobilization for onshore/offshore operations. Partner with COEs and cross-functional stakeholders to implement change, succession planning, and operational HR solutions.

Own a portfolio of 16–25 affiliate nonprofit partners: build deep relationships, conduct assessments and onboarding, drive partner growth, and connect organizations to grants, capacity-building, volunteers, and collective initiatives. Lead new partner outreach and vetting, support grant review and reporting, co-design capacity-building programs, manage affiliate communications and resources, and track partnership data in HFNY systems to inform strategy and coalition expansion.

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for window and door replacement projects. Measure openings, answer construction questions, follow up on quotes, manage customer interactions, seek referrals, and track performance against quotas. Schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Handle highest-priority client escalations, de-escalate sensitive situations, negotiate retention solutions, document outcomes in CRM, identify feedback trends, and partner with Sales, Client Care, and Operations to improve processes and client experience.
