Provide operational leadership for a 24/7 shelter: oversee guest intake, bed and property management, incident response, and staff supervision. Ensure trauma-informed, housing-focused services, coordinate with partners, manage administrative reporting, support staff development, and maintain safe, accessible shelter operations.

Support financial advisors and sales assistants by producing portfolio analysis, training advisors, coordinating product availability, managing sales agreements and campaigns, administering mutual fund web content, and collaborating on technology projects and promotional events.

Lead recruitment and onboarding for home care caregivers, managing interviews, background checks, trainings, compliance, record-keeping, payroll support, employee engagement, retention, and community outreach. Provide on-call support and occasional direct care while liaising with families and funding agencies to ensure high-quality, compliant staffing.

Manage accounts receivable and billing tasks for multiple programs: monitor and file service agreements, update client records, resolve denied claims promptly, and meet strict billing deadlines. Support other billing-related duties as assigned.
