Manages dealership finance operations by selling financing, insurance products, extended warranties, and aftermarket items. Reviews customer credit, submits deals for lender approval, verifies titles, liens, taxes, and other paperwork, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Uses Azure DevOps and generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Analyzes financial transactions and prepares statements, SEFA schedules, forecasts, and reports using Oracle Cloud ERP. Works independently on complex accounting issues, supports wholesale billing and disputes resolution, and advises on financial management matters.

Design branded assets for social media, digital advertising, recruiting, presentations, internal communications, print collateral, and events. Organize reusable templates and creative assets, collaborate with marketing to maintain brand consistency, and support general marketing initiatives. The role requires graphic design program enrollment, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva proficiency, typography and layout skills, digital and print production knowledge, communication, and self-direction. Figma, motion graphics, video editing, and basic web design are valuable additional experience.

Lead the nonprofit’s strategy, fundraising, grant writing, financial planning, community partnerships, volunteer and board relations, program operations, staff supervision, reporting, events, and communications. The Executive Director will expand program access across the Greater Piedmont region, manage the Program Coordinator, cultivate donors and sponsors, oversee compliance and performance metrics, and serve as the organization’s community ambassador.
