Build and manage client relationships, generate new business through prospecting and networking, assess customer needs, recommend hardware, software, and service solutions, manage sales cycles, prepare quotes and contracts, maintain CRM records, and achieve assigned sales goals across the Wichita territory.

Supports the startup and staffing of a new manufacturing facility through recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, workers’ compensation, HRIS maintenance, employee programs, training, and policy administration. The role partners with employees, managers, staffing agencies, and corporate HR while improving processes and ensuring accurate, timely HR operations.

Supports the enterprise risk management program by implementing and administering OnSpring, maintaining risk data quality, coordinating risk intake and mitigation tracking, and preparing reports, dashboards, and committee materials. The CMO West will lead marketing initiatives for multiple mid-sized companies, leveraging experience to drive growth and strategy while collaborating with CEOs and leadership teams.

Maintains and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, quality, and safety on the production floor. Trains operators, troubleshoots and repairs machinery, coordinates preventive maintenance and equipment installations, develops production tools using 3D modeling, implements engineering and process changes, and supports hands-on production, testing, and facility improvement projects.

Supports accounting operations by generating and verifying invoices, maintaining accurate ERP financial records, monitoring outstanding accounts, and collecting overdue payments. Communicates with clients to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationships. Collaborates with internal departments, provides billing-related customer service, and assists with additional accounting projects. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with office and accounting software.

Handles customer calls, online inquiries, and lead follow-up to schedule sales appointments. Provides initial product and financing information, directs customers to dealership resources, re-engages unready or no-show leads, and records activity in the CRM. Collaborates with sales teams and dealership management while participating in process improvement sessions.

Supports MOBY’s social media and video content operations by planning content calendars, filming ocean tests and company events, editing footage, writing copy, scheduling posts, engaging communities, and organizing the video library. The role collaborates closely with engineering teams and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment and requires strong organization, creativity, independence, and hands-on social media and video production experience.

Leads manufacturing engineering and maintenance projects from planning through installation and completion. Supports process development, automation, productivity improvements, cost reduction, equipment reliability, and plant safety. Oversees maintenance personnel, develops preventive maintenance programs, manages project timelines and budgets, and applies Lean and Kaizen methods. Provides technical leadership for PLC systems, packaging machinery, conveying equipment, process controls, and manufacturing process improvements.

Provides strategic in-house legal support focused on vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements. Drafts and negotiates contracts, manages the contract lifecycle, advises on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, partners with executives on business risks, develops legal training, promotes CLM tools, and manages outside counsel. Requires a law degree, active state bar membership, and at least four years of legal experience.
