This hands-on leader will establish product processes, support go-to-market efforts, and eventually build the product organization.

Manage accounting functions for assigned construction projects, including vendor invoices, subcontractor contracts, change orders, compliance documents, owner billings, job-cost reporting, and budget-to-cost reconciliations. Support project teams with accounting questions, review job-cost details with project managers, and generate payroll, accounts receivable, contract-status, and job-cost reports. Requires strong knowledge of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and related organizational policies.

Develops and supervises copy across brand campaigns, websites, video, multimedia, and other healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing materials. Responsibilities include concept development, long-form writing, storytelling, strategic alignment, client presentations, project management, collaboration with art directors, and applying scientific and regulatory considerations. The role maintains a consistent creative voice, manages multiple deliverables, incorporates feedback efficiently, and works autonomously on client initiatives.

Owns clinical data operations by building and maintaining ELT pipelines, warehouse models, data contracts, quality controls, reconciliations, dashboards, and monitoring. Integrates clinical, laboratory, sequencing, and corporate data into validated, audit-ready systems. Supports production reliability, partner data transfers, regulatory compliance, root-cause analysis, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and technical guidance for research and development teams.
