Assist the principal in school administration, instructional leadership, student discipline, attendance, testing coordination, staff hiring/evaluation/training, program oversight (Junior High, Athletics, Community Education, EL), emergency planning, and parent/community communication. Ensure compliance with district policies and maintain school operations and records using student information and assessment systems.

Provide administrative support to the school office: manage principal scheduling, transcribe documents, coordinate substitutes, handle phone and mail, maintain filing and records, process purchase orders, and support daily office operations to ensure efficient student-focused functioning.

Serve as primary service coordinator for a portfolio of agencies and policyholders. Build relationships, collaborate with internal partners, escalate out-of-scope requests, educate customers on tools, schedule reviews, assemble onboarding and stewardship materials, monitor data integrity for complex policies, and proactively resolve service gaps. Hybrid role with minimal travel.

Provide documentation administration support at Fort Huachuca, performing complex documentation tasks with creativity and judgment under general supervision; must hold Secret clearance and meet education/experience requirements.

Provide Tier 2 technical support and escalation for workstations, endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, MDM, networking, printers, and virtual meeting spaces. Troubleshoot complex issues, document incidents, assist onboarding/offboarding, support HIPAA-compliant security practices, collaborate with MSPs and vendors, and participate in IT projects and occasional after-hours/on-call support.

Lead institutional fundraising strategy and manage the full grant lifecycle (prospect research, proposal development, award management, compliance, reporting, and stewardship). Build multi-year funding pipelines, coordinate cross-functional proposal teams, translate data and outcomes into proposals, ensure grant compliance and performance measurement, and advise executive leadership on funding strategy and sustainability.

Support project managers with administrative and project controls tasks: daily crew check-ins, verify deliveries, enter T&M tickets in Sage, assist with change orders and submittals, maintain documentation and tracking logs, run reports, and perform occasional job site visits.
