Lead S&OP demand planning reviews, build forward-looking forecasts, monitor sell-in/sell-out trends, create KPI reporting and dashboards, maintain master demand forecast, support budgeting, document processes, and train associates.

Coordinate end-to-end new product introductions for cosmetic contract manufacturing: run kickoffs, maintain timelines, track milestones, lead cross-functional meetings, manage trials/pilot runs, ensure GMP/ISO/compliance, coordinate materials and documentation, and perform post-launch reviews to deliver product launches on time and within scope.

Own demand planning for the Ready-To-Drink portfolio: maintain forecasts, lead monthly IBP, translate commercial plans into supply requirements using Kinaxis, coordinate with manufacturing and supply teams, build Tableau dashboards, run scenario planning, and manage assumptions to align inventory, production, and distribution.

Administers bi-weekly payroll for employees and student workers, manages employee benefits, retirement programs, leave administration, payroll compliance, reconciles vendor invoices and payroll records, prepares reports and filings, and supports HR and Finance collaboration to ensure accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration.

Lead enterprise architecture design and implementation for cloud and on-prem infrastructure, supervise cloud/systems engineers, manage Azure and hybrid environments, IAM, virtualization, storage, telemetry, disaster recovery, vulnerability and incident/change management, and evaluate technology solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.

Manage full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-range behavioral health software projects. Own customer relationships, timelines, status reporting, resource planning, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Provide standard project guidance and initial analyses, then transition implementations to support.
