Tenure-track faculty position in Accounting (Assistant or Associate Professor) beginning August 2027. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (strong need in taxation), conducting scholarly research, and service to the department, university, and profession. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in teaching, research productivity, and service; degree requirements must be completed by August 23, 2027.

Arranges and processes vehicle financing and leases, sells aftermarket products (service contracts, GAP, credit insurance), manages all sale paperwork and titles, ensures regulatory compliance, processes credit applications, and supports sales managers to close deals.

Field-based Sales Representative who conducts on-site roof inspections, meets homeowners, presents tailored roofing solutions, guides customers through the sales process, manages appointments and follow-ups, and maintains strong communication, organization, and customer service while working independently in the local market.

Prepare corporate income, property, excise, and franchise tax returns; prepare monthly income tax provisions and maintain tax depreciation, deferred tax assets, and gain/loss schedules in TFA. Coordinate tax transactions across districts, support audits and government informational requests, prepare SEC/CPUC and other regulatory reports, reconcile regulatory accounts and unclaimed property, maintain tax calendar and workpapers, and perform related duties to support financial reporting and compliance.

Manage complete billing cycle for telecommunications construction projects: prepare, submit, upload and resubmit invoices with supporting documentation; reconcile production data to contract pricing; coordinate approvals with Construction Managers; maintain invoice trackers, pricing and labor code spreadsheets; resolve billing discrepancies and PO issues; process recurring retainer and warehousing invoices; communicate with clients and cross-functional teams to collect payments and attend billing meetings.

Conduct proactive outreach to warm leads, manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close, build and nurture client relationships, meet daily and monthly performance targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consultative debt-resolution financial solutions.

Manage email systems data and content to enable accurate, personalized email marketing. Maintain and QA Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions and automations, manage daily data delivery from PEGA, troubleshoot SFMC errors, administer communication codes, complete activation tickets in Azure DevOps, and coordinate with campaign, strategy, and production teams to ensure timely, compliant email deployments and process improvements.

Design and deliver user interfaces for web and mobile, conduct user research and usability testing, create graphics and branding using Photoshop or similar tools, and collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to iterate on responsive, user-centered designs.

Lead day-to-day account management for advertising campaigns across creative, digital, social, and media channels. Manage timelines, budgets, client communications, internal coordination, briefs, presentations, content and reporting from kickoff through delivery while building and maintaining client relationships.

Manage client paid search channels (primarily Google Ads, Bing, AMS), build and optimize campaigns, suggest ad copy and creative, produce weekly/monthly reporting, monitor analytics dashboards, communicate results to clients, and stay current on PPC trends to improve agency processes.
