The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop infrastructure services for the Armada Edge Platform, focusing on software automation, network device management, and security integrations.

Drives membership and wash-package sales while delivering excellent customer service. Processes payments, returns, and cash-handling procedures accurately; resolves customer issues; supports sales training and onboarding; maintains brand standards, site cleanliness, and safe operations around vehicles, equipment, and chemicals. Requires outdoor work, flexible availability, and physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Lead enterprise implementations by overseeing project delivery, managing resources, facilitating process change, and ensuring strong customer adoption and value.

Supports matchday operations for New England Revolution MLS and MLS Next Pro matches. Responsibilities include locker room setup, training and match official support, sideline logistics, equipment and hydration protocols, scoreboard monitoring, and coordination with league, security, and venue personnel. The role requires reliable attendance at scheduled matches, professional communication, physical lifting, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and outdoor work.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director, maintain employee files, complete payroll, manage office supplies, assist with HR and unit operational tasks, and interact with staff across departments while handling confidential information.

Own site month-end close, costing of work orders in Sage X3, and balance sheet reconciliations. Provides on-site internal IT support for employees, including PC deployment, onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, MFA and access controls, endpoint and identity management, office infrastructure support, asset tracking, ticket handling, and technical documentation. Supports SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, and automation tools while contributing to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead and build Valency's post-signup lifecycle for free academic users and enterprise accounts: define activation, run experiments, create onboarding and conversion motions, establish health scoring and CS playbooks, own metrics (activation, conversion, NRR), and hire and grow the activation and customer success teams.

Supports the organization’s responsible adoption of AI by administering approved platforms, developing prompts and automations, integrating AI with business systems, testing outputs, and providing technical support and training. The role also assists with AI governance, security, privacy, documentation, vendor coordination, risk assessments, user adoption, and process-improvement initiatives involving Microsoft 365, automation, data, and business applications.

Manage employee lifecycle and compliance: onboarding, benefits administration, payroll deductions, state registrations, licensing, insurance support, performance review coordination, and general office administration with strong attention to detail.
