Performs entry-level dealership accounting duties, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger posting, account reconciliations, vehicle deal paperwork, remittances, inventory and receivable schedules, month-end close support, title and registration transactions, records maintenance, audit support, and special projects.

Own and build Boulder Care’s partner and commercial marketing function. Develop healthcare buyer value propositions, clinical and economic proof, partner collateral, referral programs, nurture campaigns, B2B demand generation, webinars, paid programs, conferences, and account-based targeting. Partner closely with commercial, partnerships, clinical, and field teams to generate institutional demand, activate new segments, improve referrals, and create measurable, repeatable partnership programs.

Lead and strengthen Starface's accounting function: own month-end close, GL, reconciliations, financial reporting, consolidation, AP/AR, inventory and technical accounting. Bring audits, covenant reporting, and tax workstreams current; establish controlled close processes; own NetSuite and accounting systems; manage external auditors and advisors; build team structure, controls, and scalable processes to support financing, diligence, and growth.

Manage organization-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation. Enhance FP&A systems and processes, develop financial dashboards, support scenario modeling and investment analysis, coordinate budgeting and long-range planning, analyze actuals versus plan, support financial close activities, and ensure data integrity. The role partners with executives, accounting, Gates Foundation stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a development-stage biotech environment.

Drives sales and account growth across assigned customers by managing inquiries, generating quotes, closing deals, processing orders, and meeting quotas and KPIs. Builds stakeholder relationships, conducts account planning and business reviews, identifies expansion opportunities, manages Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, and collaborates cross-functionally to support customer success and deal closure.

Manages warehouse, fleet, inventory, tools, procurement support, and material preparation for solar field operations. Responsibilities include receiving and staging deliveries, tracking equipment, conducting inventory counts, inspecting vehicles, coordinating maintenance, preparing jobsite materials, managing returns, and adjusting daily logistics to meet project schedules, safety requirements, and operational needs.

Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns for multiple loan officers, including email and text campaigns. Track performance, maintain reporting, monitor results, identify improvements, brainstorm marketing ideas, and keep projects organized. The role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, written communication, proofreading, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in an in-office environment.

Coordinates technical assistance and training projects, including requests, deliverables, meetings, events, materials, websites, newsletters, tracking systems, reports, and grant compliance documentation. Builds relationships with consumers, federal partners, staff, and project teams while supporting project planning, implementation, and closeout. Requires strong organization, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, frequent travel, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
