Sources passive candidates, builds diverse talent pipelines, screens resumes and applications, conducts initial phone screens, maintains candidate records in Ashby, and supports candidate communication and interview scheduling. Leads customer marketing strategy and a customer marketing team across onboarding, engagement, retention, expansion, renewals, and advocacy. Partners with marketing, product, and customer success teams on lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, customer feedback, events, cross-sell programs, and customer stories. Owns performance metrics including retention, NPS, expansion pipeline, and advocacy, using customer and product usage data to optimize programs and report recommendations to leadership.

Supports demand and inventory planning through Excel analysis, SAP Business One updates, purchase order and production order creation, supplier communications, inventory monitoring, backorder reviews, shipping method analysis, and product trend evaluation. The intern collaborates with planning, category, sales, logistics, warehouse, and production teams to improve replenishment, fulfill customer demand, and support supply chain reporting and process improvements.
