Responsibilities include evaluating market-entry requirements, advising international teams, coordinating local counsel, developing policies and legal frameworks, overseeing privacy and regulatory compliance, engaging with regulators, managing audits, and maintaining registrations, licenses, filings, bonding, and reporting obligations across jurisdictions.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives alongside executives. The role collaborates with marketing, product, and design teams to translate complex SaaS and property-operations concepts into engaging stories while maintaining brand consistency and developing reusable motion systems.

Leads high-impact business operations initiatives, builds scalable processes and systems, analyzes complex data, partners with Product, Data, and Operations leaders, manages cross-functional execution, mentors team members, and builds a growing operations team to deliver measurable business results.

Lead and grow a 3–5-person engineering team while owning observability, evaluation frameworks, scalable integrations, and the customer-facing Copilot product. Contribute hands-on Python and TypeScript code, troubleshoot production issues, guide reliability and scalability efforts, partner with Product and engineering teams, remove blockers, mentor engineers, and support hiring.

Uses employee feedback and people data to identify improvement opportunities, supports retention and succession planning, and collaborates with global People Partners across EMEA and APAC to ensure consistent employee experiences.
