Provide technical, demo and training support for SSI/NCS stores across a territory: schedule/manage training, conduct in-store and onsite shop training and demos, troubleshoot products and equipment, track personnel training, submit activity reports, and support special projects. Travel within the region is required.

Lead and build vdBA's Managed Detection and Response service line for life sciences: own roadmap, tooling, SLAs, incident response, compliance (SOC 2/HITRUST/ISO), client engagements, and scale the security operations team while integrating security into delivery and sales.

Design, build, and harden security-critical systems: manage KMS and key management, protect PHI/PII, secure storage and tenant isolation, embed security in SDLC and CI/CD, lead threat modeling, and improve security scanning and compliance.

Manage end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, administer benefits and payroll coordination, support compliance and reporting, run office operations and employee engagement activities, and partner with the Director of HR on recurring HR processes.

Serve as a Health & Safety Representative supporting Area Operations-West: promote safety awareness, deliver DEC and site-specific training, conduct audits, assist with permitting, hazard assessments, JSA, incident investigations, participate in HAZOPs/MOC/PSM audits, and support the joint Health and Safety Committee.

Lead identity architecture strategy and hands-on implementation for enterprise identity security. Define target-state architectures, PAM, identity governance, cloud identity, directory services, and Zero Trust models. Provide technical authority, integration designs, migration strategies, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring compliance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: structure and desk deals, secure lender approvals and funding, present F&I products, ensure compliance with title laws and regulations, prepare contracts, audit post-sale deals, and maintain required certifications.

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, produce monthly financial reports, analyze balance sheet and P&L activity, prepare budgets, cash forecasts and job cost analyses, identify adjustment entries, and collaborate on process improvements and special projects to ensure accurate financial reporting.
