Own electronics product development from architecture and schematic design through certification, pilot builds, and high-volume production. Lead PCBA design, EMC and safety compliance, signal and power integrity, thermal performance, production testing, root-cause analysis, and EMS collaboration. Design sensor interfaces, communication buses, motor drivers, and embedded power systems for robotic platforms. Leads the Sustaining function by triaging and resolving escalated customer issues, debugging production defects, delivering tested fixes, reviewing junior engineers’ work, coordinating on-call incident response, documenting root causes, mentoring team members, and driving proactive reliability and product improvements.

Own the DevOps function for a globally distributed, 24/7 warehouse automation platform. Design, operate, and automate Azure infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, release orchestration, environment provisioning, observability, security, and high-availability systems. Participate in incident response and on-call support, troubleshoot complex cloud issues, establish DevOps standards, guide architecture, review infrastructure and pipeline work, and mentor engineers across product squads.

Supports the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems for warehouse automation. Responsibilities include creating 3D models and engineering drawings, supporting prototypes and testing, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing root cause analysis, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to verification, reliability, manufacturability, and cost optimization efforts.

Supports the design, development, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for warehouse automation. Creates schematics and wiring diagrams, assists with hardware and software integration, performs root cause analysis, supports prototype builds and laboratory testing, and collaborates with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and field engineering teams.

Develop and maintain mission-critical software, communication protocols, customer-facing interfaces, SDKs, and deployment tools for warehouse automation systems. Responsibilities include coding, testing, benchmarking, code reviews, debugging, documentation, cross-functional feature development, serving as a Cube Control subject matter expert, and mentoring junior engineers.

Provides technical troubleshooting and assistance to AutoStore partners, handling incidents, warranty, spare parts, delivery quality, and robot repair cases. Delivers on-site support, trade show assistance, partner training, and knowledge-base content. Collaborates with Sales and R&D, maintains support KPIs, builds stakeholder relationships, and participates in weekend shifts and on-call rotations. Requires regular travel and the ability to understand complex automated fulfillment systems.

Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance across R&D lifecycle for complex electromechanical and automated systems. Lead risk assessments and safety analyses, embed safety principles into system architecture and design, guide engineering teams, and work with external labs, notified bodies, and authorities to secure certifications and global market access.

Provide technical assistance and on-site support to partners for AutoStore systems, troubleshoot incidents and robot repairs, contribute to knowledge base and trainings, meet KPIs, work weekend shifts and join an on-call rotation, and travel ~10-20%.
