Validate and verify Supervisory Control Platform software with emphasis on Computer Vision applications. Define and execute test plans, build automated test coverage, validate integrations from cameras to cloud, track defects, support release readiness, and collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, controls, and integration partners.

Lead architecture and ownership of middleware and hybrid cloud–on‑prem connectivity for the CubeVerse platform. Define APIs, messaging, integration contracts, data flows, performance expectations, fault isolation, and scalable coordination patterns. Design, develop, and integrate embedded electronics and firmware for robotics/IoT/vision products. Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility, select hardware, write firmware for resource-constrained devices, create unit tests, and bring concepts to commercial launch while developing IP and partnering with technology vendors.

Act as primary customer contact to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing health of AutoStore systems. Monitor performance, analyze data to recommend optimizations, run strategic reviews, support technical troubleshooting, drive upsell opportunities, maintain high NPS, and advocate customer needs internally.

Lead a regional Customer Success team to drive customer retention, adoption, and expansion of AutoStore solutions. Own strategic customer relationships, coach and develop managers, coordinate cross-functional efforts, monitor success metrics, and drive operational improvements to maximize customer value and lifetime revenue.

Lead R&D for camera- and sensor-based perception solutions, create rapid proofs-of-concept, evaluate technical feasibility, guide trade-offs, partner across teams and with external vendors, and convert concepts into commercialized hardware and software products while developing IP.

Lead North America solutions development and presales teams to design and advocate AutoStore automation solutions. Build partner and customer relationships, support high-value deals, influence product roadmap, create enablement tools and best practices, evaluate ROI, monitor adoption, and mentor colleagues across commercial, product, engineering, and partner organizations.
