Provide confidential executive-level administrative support including calendar and meeting management, correspondence, presentations, budget/expense auditing, travel coordination, front-desk representation, recordkeeping, and problem resolution. Lead enterprise AI and automation strategy, development, deployment, and governance across health plan, care delivery, and research. Build and manage a center of excellence, ensure HIPAA-compliant integrations (EHR/claims/data lakes), deliver RPA and agentic/conversational AI solutions, and drive measurable ROI, ethical standards, and cross-functional adoption.

Support execution of a risk-based internal audit plan focused on financial controls, MAR testing, and SOC1/SOC2 report administration. Conduct walkthroughs, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, document findings, coordinate remediation, perform internal audits, and promote data analytics and automation within audit processes.

Lead implementations for new and renewing complex health plan customers, manage cross-functional teams, maintain project plans and timelines, resolve critical issues, communicate status to stakeholders, and support RFP/proposal activities to ensure operational readiness and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and support scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions including integrations, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Fast Formulas, and data engineering. Translate requirements, perform testing and root cause analysis, optimize performance, support releases, and mentor technical staff.
