Coordinates enterprise desktop and endpoint technology projects, including facility moves, workstation deployments, technology refreshes, lifecycle management, and office implementations. The Search Engine Optimization Analyst improves organic search visibility across HealthPartners digital properties through keyword research, technical and content SEO, local SEO/GEO, website architecture recommendations, competitor analysis, off-site optimization, and performance reporting. The role uses analytics and SEO tools to identify opportunities and collaborates with marketing and web teams. It may also support SEM and PPC campaign creation, monitoring, bid adjustments, ad copy, landing pages, and spend optimization.

Leads complex communications plans with minimal oversight; writes and edits internal and external content across intranet, memos, presentations, news releases, social media, and other formats.
