Manage and coach a team of recruiters, plan hiring targets, oversee full-cycle recruitment and candidate pipelines, monitor SLAs and hiring metrics via ATS reports, forecast workforce needs, advise hiring managers, and coordinate recruitment across locations to ensure efficient hiring.
