Talent Acquisition Manager
Orion Systems Integrators, LLC in Iselin, NJ seeks Talent Acquisition Manager. Manage a team of recruitment professionals, including assign workloads, provide coaching, and monitor performance. Plan hiring targets and direct recruitment activities to meet organizational staffing needs. Oversee candidate pipeline development and evaluate recruitment effectiveness. Analyze and manage recruiter workloads and hiring timelines. Establish priorities and processes for candidate sourcing and pipeline generation. Monitor the efficiency and speed of hiring processes. Advise hiring managers and internal stakeholders on job
requirements, recruitment strategies, and labor market conditions. Analyze workforce needs, job roles, and labor market trends to support staffing decisions. Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and analyze hiring data to assess performance. Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple locations to ensure consistent hiring practices. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office.
Must possess 1 year of progressive experience in the position of Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or related occupation. Must possess experience with (i) the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding in the technology sector; (ii) meeting hiring Service Level Agreement (SLA) using benchmarks, metrics, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) reports; and (iii) forecasting including controlling pipelines, identifying gaps, and generating pipeline for future needs.
