Supports the lifecycle management of liquid cooling products for data center and AI/HPC applications. Drives Stage-Gate and NPI execution, maintains product requirements and roadmaps, coordinates Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Quality, and supports product launches. Tracks costs, margins, pricing, customer feedback, and portfolio updates while developing sales enablement materials and maintaining standardized product and project management processes.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for a manufacturing site, including monthly close, financial statements, cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, compliance, and audits. Partner with plant leadership to improve productivity and profitability through manufacturing finance analysis, capital investment evaluations, and process improvements.

Serves as the technical authority for metallurgy and metal joining. Develops and qualifies welding, brazing, and solid-state joining procedures; evaluates thermal cycles, microstructures, defects, and material properties; performs failure analysis; oversees metallurgical laboratory testing; leads R&D and process optimization; ensures compliance with ASME, AWS, API, and regulatory standards; and mentors engineering and production personnel.

Owns product quality and reliability for system cooling products, resolving customer issues and nonconformances, leading CAPA, audits, failure analysis, supplier quality improvements, and manufacturing process improvements. The role defines inspection requirements, presents quality data, supports customer prototypes, mentors teams in structured problem-solving, and applies lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and statistical methods. It is on-site in Billerica, Massachusetts, with up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Assembles, integrates, troubleshoots, and tests electrical and mechanical thermal management systems. Develops test setups, test plans, qualification procedures, and validation protocols for prototypes and new product designs. Collects and analyzes test data, documents results, prepares technical reports, and maintains engineering documentation. Collaborates with engineering teams and vendors to support testing, product validation, performance improvements, and reliability.

Designs and validates electrical products and PCB-based systems for semiconductor thermal testing. Responsibilities include component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, feasibility studies, qualification testing, failure analysis, documentation, and customer requirements engagement. The role also troubleshoots mixed-signal boards, develops test plans, and supports production launches within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Supports manufacturing systems through electrical and controls troubleshooting, develops mechanical and electro-mechanical test fixtures, and creates acceptance test procedures. Designs automated and semi-automated test equipment, maintains automated test data capture for defect and yield reporting, and supports qualification and reliability testing. The role also assists with production training aids involving wiring, crimping, software, and test setup.

Develops and validates advanced thermal management products, including heat pipes, vapor chambers, thermosiphons, and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include thermal analysis, CFD modeling, CAD design, prototype testing, laboratory experiments, technical documentation, customer proposals, sales support, presentations, and mentoring junior engineers and technicians.

Integrate mechanical, electrical, controls, firmware, software, manufacturing, quality, and test disciplines for liquid cooling systems. Define system architectures, requirements, interfaces, verification plans, and traceability across the product lifecycle. Lead subsystem integration, prototype bring-up, trade studies, compliance reviews, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, DFMEA, validation testing, customer technical discussions, and sustaining engineering for CDU products supporting AI, HPC, and hyperscale data centers.

Serves as the technical authority for liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air heat exchanger design, sizing, optimization, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. Performs heat transfer, thermodynamic, fluid dynamic, and CFD analyses; selects materials and heat exchanger types; investigates thermal incidents and performance degradation; and collaborates with engineering, quality, procurement, and operations teams. Reviews proposals, supports vendor qualification, ensures compliance with requirements and safety standards, and contributes to current and future R&D efforts.
