Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of software projects for warehouse automation. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, integrations, testing, customer communication, and transition to support while coordinating cross-functional teams and using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Support sales and project teams by managing low-complexity warehouse equipment projects and key accounts. Coordinate resources and vendors, develop proposals and project plans, track schedule/scope/budget, perform risk management, maintain documentation, and assist Project Managers and Account Managers with site visits and technical verifications.

Lead design of complex automated material handling systems, collaborate with sales and customers to develop proposals, generate cost estimates, create system flow diagrams, mentor engineering staff, and apply latest automation technologies to maximize ROI.

Support design, implementation, and optimization of automated warehouse and material handling systems. Analyze operational/system data, define system logic and requirements, assist with testing, documentation, training, troubleshooting, Hypercare, and client/vendor collaboration to improve efficiency and throughput.

Provide first-line phone and email support for IWS software, diagnose and resolve issues, track/escalate tickets, monitor production, test releases, set up dev/test environments, and perform on-site support and commissioning up to 25% travel.

Perform data analysis of customer distribution center operations to define system requirements for automated material handling solutions. Develop internal tools, create analysis documentation and presentations, and use Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support sales and design teams.

Manage warehouse equipment implementation projects: act as liaison between customers and account managers, develop proposals and solutions, coordinate resources and vendors, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, handle permits/inspections, maintain project documentation, support design/implementation calls, approve vendor payments and invoicing, and analyze completed projects for improvements.

Assist in designing automated material handling systems (robotics, mobile robotics, AVs, AS/RS). Support proposals, cost estimates, site visits, and use AutoCAD/SketchUp/Configura and data tools to develop concepts and documentation while collaborating with sales and customers.
