Lead design, programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC/HMI software and integrated automation systems. Integrate robots, motion, vision, sensors, and safety devices; troubleshoot startup and commissioning; produce control documentation; mentor engineers; support proposals and customer technical discussions.

Manage multidisciplinary projects throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to standards, resource management, client satisfaction, and delivery of quality products and services.
