As an Operations Associate, you'll assist in ensuring smooth operation of autonomous delivery robots, handling maintenance, documentation, and customer engagement to support timely deliveries.

The Director of Product for Data Flywheel will lead the roadmap for data initiatives, ensuring quality and compliance across various engineering teams and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing data metrics, supporting data pipelines, and collaborating across teams to enhance infrastructure.

Provides onsite electrical engineering support for manufacturing builds, NPI, validation, and sustaining production in Malaysia. Troubleshoots electrical and electromechanical failures, drives root-cause analysis, supports EMI/EMC testing and mitigation, and guides development of electrical test fixtures. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily robot deployments, ensure compliance with operating procedures, track metrics, support training, and propose process improvements.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of cross-functional hardware and software projects for robot development, manufacturing, testing, upgrades, and deployments. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing, and operations teams, define scope and timelines, mitigate risks, implement process improvements, run sprints, and maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication.
