The Story Artist creates engaging storyboard sequences and collaborates with directors to ensure effective visual storytelling in upcoming film productions.

Lead design, architecture, and implementation of core gameplay AI systems for NPCs. Own large-scale AI features from concept to ship, resolve performance and scalability issues, partner with design/animation/audio/production, establish engineering standards, and mentor other engineers while using Unreal Engine, C++, Blueprints, and animation-driven AI techniques.

Embed with production teams to design, build, and maintain custom pipeline tools and plugins. Support artists day-to-day, iterate on tools with stakeholders, debug, document, and deliver solutions from small scripts to complex systems for feature animation production.

Support the EVP of IT by managing IT projects, tracking status, budgets, and milestones; coordinate stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors; maintain documentation, SharePoint/intranet, reporting, risk/change management, and departmental financials.

Lead project management for Core Technology initiatives across engine, tools, infrastructure, online services, and platform. Drive intake, prioritization, planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, staffing, and status reporting. Align engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, define success metrics, and improve workflows to ensure timely delivery of strategic technical projects.

Manage planning and execution of marketing campaigns for game releases. Build and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, identify risks and dependencies, support launch planning and asset production, facilitate meetings, track actions, and improve project management processes while reporting status to stakeholders.

The Principal Engineer designs and implements game features, collaborates with teams, drives innovation, and provides technical leadership in game development.
