Leads strategy, analytics, financial modeling, market intelligence, and business operations for Paramount Games. Develops long-range plans, KPI infrastructure, dashboards, executive reporting, transaction analyses, and operating rhythms. Partners with Finance, Legal, Corporate Strategy, Data, Technology, and other functions to evaluate opportunities, improve decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives. Builds and eventually leads the Strategy and Business Operations team.

Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, onboarding paperwork, report tracking, meeting notes, document preparation, and responding to employee inquiries. The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Develop and execute global social media strategies for game brands and upcoming titles. Lead social content creation, shoots, publishing, community engagement, launch campaigns, creator collaborations, and platform experimentation across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Threads. Establish KPIs and use performance analysis to improve engagement, reach, and conversions while coordinating internal teams, agencies, global partners, and approval processes.

Create hand-drawn and digitally composited 2D effects (magic, water, fire, smoke, debris) that enhance character performance and cinematic storytelling. Collaborate with Production Designer and Visual Development to define visual language, maintain consistent style and timing, apply core animation principles, and solve technical and creative pipeline challenges.

The Principal Engineer designs and implements game features, collaborates with teams, drives innovation, and provides technical leadership in game development.
