The Financial Analyst will provide insights by tracking financial performance, conducting analysis, and collaborating with teams for strategic planning.

Provide hands-on mechanical solutions engineering from RFQ through order, advising customers on MISUMI products, sizing assemblies, supporting custom quoting, delivering technical presentations, creating educational content, and collaborating with sales, procurement, and customer service to resolve quality issues and capture business.

Manage and grow strategic Factory Automation accounts in the Pacific Northwest. Develop account strategies, engage engineering and purchasing stakeholders, provide consultative support during design and purchasing cycles, present products, track forecasts and pipeline, share customer insights, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive revenue and market share.

Drive revenue growth across strategic Factory Automation accounts through consultative selling, account strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, customer presentations, forecasting, and market/competitive intelligence to increase product adoption and long-term market share.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and adoption across MISUMI Americas. Build and manage an AI team and champion network, define governance and vendor/platform strategy, prioritize AI use cases, enable adoption through training and resources, measure business impact, and communicate progress to executive leadership. Embed with business teams to move prototypes to production and scale AI-driven workflow automations.

Manage day-to-day AP and general accounting tasks including processing vendor invoices, employee expense reports, corporate card reconciliation, journal entries, bank reconciliations, intercompany billing, month-end and year-end close support, GL reconciliations, audit and J-Sox support, tax compliance assistance, and process improvement within the finance team.

Lead ownership of multi-region AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation and Node.js tools. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and secure, highly available environments. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance and costs, mentor a small team, and document infrastructure and operational processes while collaborating with engineering, security, and product teams.

Manage strategic accounts in the Factory Automation business to drive revenue growth. Develop account strategies, engage engineering and purchasing stakeholders, provide consultative support through design and purchasing cycles, present products, track forecasts and pipeline, surface customer insights for product teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand market share.

Embedded on-site representative managing procurement and vending operations at Panasonic Energy in Tesla Gigafactory. Handle quotes, shipments, inventory databases, usage reporting, KPI tracking, customer communication, and propose service expansions to grow the partnership.
