Leads and coaches a team of Solution Specialists supporting account managers with cross-selling Kaseya products to existing customers. Responsibilities include hiring, quota and KPI management, pipeline forecasting, opportunity escalation, sales methodology development, product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and revenue growth across IT management and security product lines.

Lead B2B SaaS customer marketing strategy focused on product adoption, renewals, retention, expansion revenue, and customer value. Manage lifecycle campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, segmentation, automation, reporting, and re-engagement initiatives. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to drive expansion pipeline and revenue influence. Lead and develop a customer marketing team while maintaining campaign governance, CRM data quality, attribution standards, and executive reporting.

Leads architecture and implementation of Java-based SaaS platforms, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven services. Drives cross-team technical initiatives, cloud-native modernization, scalability, reliability, observability, security, and operational improvements. Establishes engineering standards, performs hands-on development and troubleshooting, partners with business and technical leaders, and mentors senior and staff engineers.

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of Java-based SaaS platforms, backend services, APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven applications. Own critical platform capabilities, lead cross-team technical initiatives, improve scalability, reliability, observability, security, and performance, and contribute to engineering standards. Partner with Product, Security, and Architecture teams while mentoring engineers and remaining hands-on with implementation, prototyping, reviews, and production troubleshooting.

Provide technical leadership for Java-based enterprise SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and cloud-native services. Lead architecture and technical strategy across teams, conduct architecture reviews, establish engineering standards, and deliver secure, scalable, highly available software. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture leaders on platform modernization, cloud transformation, microservices, event-driven systems, and AI-enabled production capabilities.

Lead GTM strategy and execution for a product line: craft messaging and positioning, manage launches, create sales enablement materials, gather market and competitive insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
