Build and maintain agentic orchestration systems and pipelines that enable AI agents to participate across code generation, testing, review, and deployment. Design feedback loops, guardrails, and quality gates for regulated fintech. Develop internal tooling, run experiments to improve engineering throughput, integrate AI models and agent frameworks, and instrument systems for reliability, security, and compliance.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close for digital assets under US GAAP, reconcile digital assets ledger to the general ledger, drive automation and data integrity across revenue reporting, manage and mentor the accounting team, partner with FP&A and external auditors, and support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
